We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, and electronic communications are made in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). We are also taking all necessary steps to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation which comes into effect in May 2018.
We obtain information about you when you use our website or contact us direct about our products or register for our newsletters. This personal information might include your name, address, email address and what products you purchased from us. Your card information is not held by us. It is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
When we ask you to provide your personal information we will let you know why we are asking, and how we will use your data. Depending on any opt-outs you may have indicated, data we hold may be used by us for the following purposes:

We make every effort to ensure that the information you share with us is recorded accurately, retained securely and used only according to your wishes. We protect your personal information and adhere to all current data protection act legislation with respect to protecting privacy. We do not give out, sell or trade our members' personal data with third parties, with one exception: our courier company to deliver your order. Our courier company will only use your contact details for a speedy and successful delivery.
We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email unless you have given your prior consent. We will not contact you for marketing purposes by post if you have indicated that you do not wish to be contacted.
If you choose to unsubscribe at any time, all your data will be deleted from our records within two years of you advising us, and all correspondence from us will cease immediately.
